Annabel Hutton

Exercise Physiologist

Hi, I am Annabel joined the team in 2024 after graduating from the University of Queensland with a bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2023. Through this course I has developed an appreciation of the impact and importance of exercise as therapy for every individual, particularly those living with a disability.

Through my work as a Paediatric Exercise Physiologist in private practice, I have developed a genuine desire to create meaningful differences in the lives of children I work with. I am passionate about working in paediatrics with a (special skill interest in children with ASD) as I find watching the children I work with achieve their goals extremely rewarding. Even though the benefits of exercise therapy go beyond the child, therapy for children can have such a positive impact on the whole family. As a paediatric therapist, I thoroughly enjoy developing meaningful relations with both the clients I work with, and their families.

I find it extremely easy to love my job. I am grateful to take on such an important role in developing the foundations for a life-long exercise journey for my clients.

Anyone that knows me knows that the other half of my heart is almost entirely occupied by triathlons. If I’m not in the clinic building obstacle courses with my clients, you can find me catching the sunrise on my bike, chasing any coffee shop with a bike rack, and scenic waterfront view.
